The books behind the storefront
Selling online does not change what the department expects of your books. Acronix keeps the accounting, inventory and GST side clean and auditable, so what you file matches what you actually sold.
- HSN summaries
- Credit notes
- Multi-warehouse
- GSTR-1 & 3B
- Encrypted books
What makes this trade different
Volume makes small errors expensive
Hundreds of small orders means an HSN or rate mistake replicates before anybody notices.
Stock across channels
What you can promise online depends on what is actually on the shelf, in the right place.
Returns are ordinary, not exceptional
Credit notes are a routine daily event rather than a rare correction, and the books have to absorb them cleanly.
Features that exist, doing the actual work
Everything below is in the build you can download today.
HSN-wise summaries and rate discipline
Tax categories live on the item master, so the rate travels with the product instead of being re-decided per invoice. HSN summaries come out of the same data.
Credit notes as a first-class voucher
Returns post through the same engine as sales, reversing stock and ledger correctly rather than being patched with a journal.
Multi-warehouse inventory
Track stock per location with proper movements and valuation behind it.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
Returns are generated from your vouchers, with the exports you need for the portal.

Questions
E-commerce — questions, answered
With hundreds of small orders, how do I keep the GST side clean?
The tax category and HSN live on the item master, so the rate travels with the product instead of being re-decided per invoice — which is where a rate or HSN mistake replicates across a day's orders. HSN-wise summaries come out of the same data.
How are returns handled?
Returns post as credit notes through the same engine as the sale, reversing stock and the ledger correctly rather than being patched afterwards with a journal. In this trade a return is a routine daily event, so it is a first-class voucher, not an exception.
Can I track stock across more than one location?
Yes. Multi-warehouse inventory tracks stock per location with proper movements and valuation behind it, so what you can promise online is anchored to what is actually on the shelf in the right place.
Are GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B generated from my sales?
Yes, in the single plan. Both are generated from your vouchers, with the exports you need for the portal, so the return follows the billing you already did.
Are my books safe on my own machine?
The database file is SQLCipher (AES-256) encrypted on disk, so a copied file is unreadable bytes. Optional cloud sync is an encrypted backup you switch on, not a requirement.
Does the back-office keep working if the internet drops?
Yes. Acronix is offline-first — the book runs on your own machine, so posting sales, raising credit notes and pulling reports never wait on a connection. Cloud sync catches up when the line returns.
