Know exactly who owes you what, against which bill
Distribution lives and dies on receivables. Not "the party owes ₹4.2 lakh" — but which bill, how old, against which payment, and whether they are past their limit before you load the next truck.
- Bill-by-bill outstanding
- Credit limit & days
- Multi-warehouse
- E-way bill
- Ageing reports
- Keyboard-first
What makes this trade different
Outstanding by party is not enough
A lump-sum balance tells you nothing about which invoice is 90 days late or which payment was against which bill.
Credit decisions made from memory
Whether a party is over their limit is usually known by whoever has been there longest — not by the software, and not at the counter.
Billing speed at the counter
A dispatch queue does not wait for a mouse. Every second per invoice multiplies across a day.
Stock split across godowns
Knowing total stock is easy. Knowing what is in which godown, right now, is what stops a promise you cannot keep.
Features that exist, doing the actual work
Everything below is in the build you can download today.
Bill-by-bill tracking from day one
Every invoice becomes a bill; every receipt allocates against specific bills. Outstanding is per-bill and per-age, not a party-level lump sum — it was in the schema from the first migration, not bolted on.
Credit limit and credit days per party
Both live on the ledger master, so the terms you agreed are recorded where the party is, not in someone’s head.
Keyboard-driven billing
The entire app is operable without a mouse — function keys per module, Enter to advance, a command palette on Ctrl+K. Built for someone who bills all day, not someone demoing.
Multi-warehouse stock
Stock is tracked per warehouse with movements and valuation layers behind it, so the godown-wise position is a report rather than an estimate.
E-way bill and e-invoice
Generate the payloads straight from the voucher that created the movement, instead of re-typing an invoice into a portal.
Offline-first
The book is a local encrypted database. Dispatch does not stop because the internet did — cloud backup catches up when the line returns.

Questions
Wholesale & Distribution — questions, answered
Can I see which specific bill a party has not paid, instead of just their total balance?
Yes. Every invoice becomes its own bill and every receipt is allocated against the specific bills it clears, so outstanding is per-bill and per-age from day one. You open a party and see a list of dates, amounts and how old each unpaid bill is — not one lump sum that hides which invoice is ninety days late.
Where do I record a party's credit limit and credit days?
Both sit on the party's ledger master, so the terms you agreed are stored where the party is rather than in whoever has been at the counter longest. The ageing and outstanding reports then show that party's exposure against those terms before you load the next truck.
Can I generate e-way bills and e-invoices without retyping the invoice into a portal?
Yes. The e-way bill and e-invoice payloads are generated straight from the voucher that created the movement, so the document is built from data you already entered instead of being keyed a second time into a government site.
Does it show godown-wise stock, not just a total?
Stock is tracked per warehouse with real movements and valuation layers behind it, so the position in each godown is a report you open rather than a figure you estimate before making a promise you may not be able to keep.
Is GST — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoice — included in the plan?
Yes, in the single plan. GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, HSN-wise summaries, e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill all read the same vouchers you raised while billing, with nothing re-entered into a separate return tool.
Does dispatch stop if the internet goes down?
No. Acronix is offline-first — the book is a local encrypted database, so billing, posting and reporting all run on your machine with no connection required. Optional cloud backup catches up when the line returns; a dropped connection never stops a dispatch.
